A 1:1 Assessment in your home environment incorporating a functional assessment and PD Warrior and BIG therapy style assessment. The type and severity of the Parkinson's Disease will be assessed and a jointly agreed therapy plan will be set. Advice will be given and treatment started (if sufficient time allows).
